I was in the area and decided to call for a last minute appointment on Saturday, 10/6/25 and they got me in within the last hour of operations. I initially wanted to remove my last set of gel-x nails since I didn’t vibe with how another salon had done them, but Sandy from Jolie Nail Lounge said I still had a good base if I wanted a fill instead. So sure, why not! After Sandy filed down my nails, Emily took over and as she started cleaning my nails, she showed me that whoever last did my nails had sized my gel-x tips too big for my nail beds, where they dug into the sides of my skin as it grew out (no wonder I hated that set and couldn’t understand why it felt off!) Emily had to file them down even more, use builder gel to rebuild the structure of my nails, and then gel polish. At this point, it had been an hour since they closed, but Emily prevailed and just look how gorgeous the cat eye nails look! The salon was clean, had super friendly staff, and most importantly- the quality of the nail work is there. Highly recommend to get your nails done here and take advantage of the newcomer/holiday deals! I’ll most definitely be back. Thank you so much to the Jolie Nail Crew!! 🥰
I have been coming to Jolie nails for a couple months now and have always had a great experience and my nails have never looked better. I just completed a fill with Emily and a pedicure with Teresa and it has been a wonderful start to the holiday experience. You can't go wrong with any of the techs at this salon.
2nd visit update: I may have waited a little longer than I should. 3 weeks. But let me tell you... Not a single lift or chip! I am hard on my hands so hard I cracked my pinky gelX down the middle vertically but still it didn't lift! Emily patched me up and did a detailed fill. I bake sourdough weekly (lots of dishes and hand washing), deep sea fish, and am all around careless but whatever magic Emily does it sticks. After 20 years I have found my nail tech! Let me start by saying I have very thin natural nails. Like you can bend them to touch my finger beneath thin. I normally rock natural nails because I'm scared of the e-file. I have been burned /over filed so many times because even though I warn my nail techs every time they just don't get just how thin my nails are. I get gelX for special occasions or when I'm feeling fancy. I never had a consistent salon or person I went too because there was always something that just threw me off, cleanliness, skill, execution, attention to detail. I've had people take 60 mins-3 hours and none have impressed me the way Emily has. She was so gentle! In both removing my old crooked set and putting on my new one. She also paid so much attention to detail! I can't rave enough about her skill and the bed side manner of everyone working at Jolie. The place was clean and relaxing. I noticed the cleanliness of things down to the polish bottles, nail carts, UV lights. Yes, I'm particular but hey they impressed me so that's a good thing right? I typically do some research and read reviews before making a appointment but my old set was so bad and clearly my method of choosing a place has failed me all these years. So I was at Staples and decided to just walk in. I am beyond happy that I did. I kind of want to gatekeep Emily but her skill deserves to be praised. Actually everyone at Jolie. I watched the male tech (didn't get his name) and he was so focused and was able to execute a very complex design a lady was requesting. Fair pricing highly recommend.
I love coming here!!! Please ask for Emily Theresa, and/or Kevin! They do specialize in new style and "HOT" new nails I.E Gel X, Catseye, jelly, Tap Hybrid, and more. If you want specialty nails, please ask for Emily or Kevin! What I enjoy about this nail lounge is that everyone that works there is kind, friendly, and professional. The salon is very new and chic, also very clean! They took off my nails with care, it did not hurt at all!!! I went from straight Gel X extensions wedding nails to my natural nails... NO DAMAGE/ THINNING. I was skeptical about getting nail extensions or acrylics again because the last salon I went to made my cuticles bleed. BUT Jolie Nail Lounge took care of your girl!!! NO pain NO hurt NO thinning of nail!!! Please treat yourself and spoil yourself at Jolie Nail Lounge❤️☺️❤️🥹
I’ve had my nails done by Kevin twice now and both times I was blown away by his artistic skill and attention to detail. I’ve been wanting to do Disney nails for all my Disney trips forever, but have had difficulty finding a good nail artist. Both times I showed Kevin photos of Disney inspired nails and he was able to create something even better and more beautiful. If you’re looking for beautiful nails and quality nail art, then I highly recommend Jolie Nail Lounge and seeing Kevin. Overall, the atmosphere of Jolie Nail Lounge is very nice and clean and everyone is always so friendly.
