The communication was good and work was done well so no complaints there. My experience turned disappointing when Jones Electric sent me the invoice where they charged me for their technician drive time to my location + time to do paperwork etc which i had not been told about. I wish they would be upfront about this. Harry
Fantastic experience from initial contact to completion. I had my residential electrical panel upgraded from fuses to breakers. Eveyone I dealt with was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.
"My experience with Jones Electric was extremely disappointing. The technician only spent 45 minutes on inspection (confirmed with camera footage, and half of that time was just small talk), yet they tried to bill me for 1.5 hours of labor. When I questioned this, they said the extra time was for 'driving.' I even accepted their $2300 repair offer, but it was clear their priority was money, not finding solutions. They used to be better two years ago, but now I would strongly recommend thinking twice before hiring them."
Had two gentlemen come and install ceiling fans. Absolutely amazing company to deal with from the time I called to inquire, the follow up from the office and Matt x Mo coming in to install. Professionnel, on time and will definitely be using this company again and and referring to family x friends! Thank you!
I had a great experience with Jones Electric recently. The front office staff was very helpful and friendly when booking the appointment. I had loose wiring on two older pot lights. Orville (super knowledgeable and professional) arrived and offered to fix the two or replace with brand new pot lights for only $21 each. We're very happy with the results, and that we're not showering in the dark anymore. I would definitely recommend this company.
