Taken multiple rings there for sizing and soldering. Always do an excellent job, and they are ready when they say they will be.
Brought in my Ring with Missing Diamond Gave me a very fast Estimate and told me how long it would take called me the day they said and Picked up very quality service and would recommend to everyone Very traditional old school store
Very kind and quick, and they are more affordable than anywhere else I've been. (Watch repair and new batteries)
I enjoyed shopping here today because: I could park at the door, interesting estate jewelry at good prices, the service person was very polite, they replaced my watch battery immediately for a good price, I like supporting a local business not part of a big chain, and said they can clean my good ring & check prongs while I wait, for free next time. I'm going back
Very rude, customer service. Not friendly and very inexperienced people. If I could give this establishment a 0, I would. Honestly please don’t go here, the lady with blonde/short hair was rude. This is a business that runs from customers doing business, not the other way around. If you want to feel upset and disappointed on their service and how they treat people, then help yourself with this place *** “Runs”. Meaning that customers give you business, and you should treat the customers correct. I do see more posts about how I feel about this establishment. Honestly it is good for your business to accept and fix issues. That’s why there is reviews to help. If spending more time answering reviews and getting defensive rather than improving CUSTOMER service takes more priority than that’s up to you. I really didn’t want to post exactly why I’m leaving a negative review, because I feel that it may have been a bad day for an employee but I am now. I went to have a Cuban bracelet fixed and the lady greeted me perfectly fine— “Hello, how may I help you etc, etc….” I told her (lady with blonde/short hair) by the way what is her name????? Anyways…. I needed a clasp fixed, she went to the Jeweler at the back with my broken clasp that she put in a small, clear zip lock bag, they discussed and she came back and told me it would be 40$ and it will take 3 weeks. I respectfully told her no, I am unable to wait that long. When she heard that, she literally dropped the small bag with my clasp on the glass table and didn’t even acknowledge me or show respect for my decision, and walked away. I felt that she was upset and ( I ) wasted her time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. So what are you going to do as a business in Omaha and help provide better service to your customers? I do see other posts have the same concern. So when multiple people are leaving reviews in regards to this kind of issue than… You get the point.
