Called for an estimate, and Juan called my boyfriend, Scott right away and set up an appt. He came out the next day and was courteous and thorough and reasonable. And let me tell you about the work they did. Amazing!!! It took initially 2 hrs to clean front and back yard, and they were great, they even netted our pool after. I would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend any services from them. They came out, checked out my yard and gave solid recommendations. Then the estimations were sent directly to my phone where I could make changes easily and they responded quickly. I scheduled a full clean up of front and backyard and landscaping. I was thoroughly impressed with how everything looked at the end!

I badly needed some yard work done - tree, roses and palm trimming. I found Jr's Lawn Service online and reached out to them for an estimate. I wish I had done this sooner. They did a great job, the price was reasonable and they were able to get it done pretty quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Crew was professional and detailed. They were here for approximately 4 hours. They asked questions as to what I wanted. Palm trees were cleaned up along with all shrubs and trees. I would definitely recommend them for service and clean up.

Update: My housesitter noticed the day after they left from the final service that one of the mainlines was busted. This is the third time I have had to fix an irrigation issue since I hired them. While they insist that it is not their issue since they don't service irrigation, it is still their responsibility since it's being damaged with their visits. I do not think they are doing this on purpose; however, whether it's an accident or not, it's still their responsibility to fix what they damage in the course of their work. If you look through their other reviews, especially on Yelp, you'll notice this is a recurring theme. For lack of better phrasing, there are "side effects" when they work, and while the work itself may be decent, the damage caused to other areas that are not in their work they will not be responsible for. There seems to be a misunderstanding of how and what accountability means. I had a mixed experience with Jr's. At first, things seemed to be great. They are more expensive than most companies, but you get what you pay for and their professionalism is top notch, I'll give them that. However, in April, I was in pieces because a rose bush that I had personally planted with sentimental value was completely destroyed; all it's spring blooms had been blown off when they came through for monthly maintenance. I reached out and asked them to be more careful. Later, when one of the plants they had installed died, I asked them to replace it. They told me it would cost me another $75, despite the plant not making it more than a couple months. All the other plants had, and I paid over a grand for them to initially clean up my landscaping and install several new plants. It came off as nickel-and-dimeing. I am willing to pay more for a better experience but I do expect a level of accountability that comes with it. It wasn't due to my negligence or because the plant was super old and on it's way out anyways. They planted it not long ago, so to hit me with a $75 bill just seemed like poor accountability on their part. I would have even paid for the cost of the plant, that seems reasonable, but the blunt invoice that I was sent in response to the photo I sent them was just handled really poorly. I'm also bummed I have to find a new landscaper now because I can't have a company around unwilling to be reasonably responsible for their work.
