At first, I was a little disappointed when I saw a photo of my order, the angle didn’t quite capture what I had imagined. But after speaking with Sophia, who was so calm, kind, and professional, I decided to ask for a different photo angle. When my Queen showed me the inside of the arrangement, I was absolutely mesmerized. The golden touch, the artistic alignment, and the way every element came together was nothing short of breathtaking. It was clear that so much love and creativity went into it. I immediately called Sophia back to apologize for my initial reaction and to let her know how truly amazed and satisfied I was. She handled everything with such grace and positivity, it’s rare to find that level of dedication and professionalism these days.
