I was sent a rose arrangement from Juli’s flower shop. The arrangement that was ordered & paid for was an arrangement of 3 dozen red roses & I only received 2 dozen. The roses were dying already, with black dots. The chocolates were not the ones he paid for. He tried to contact them via telephone & email but they never responded. Poor customer service. We will not be placing orders through them again. Reply- this wasn’t in January it was in April of last year. And the order wasn’t done in my name. We tried to call your business with no answer & the emails were never responded too. The old review is posted here & in yelp.
The lady that owns this shop that did my flowers for my son's memorial did an absolutely amazing job. This was for one of my twins that did not make it . I highly recommend this place.The price was not bad either . You can definitely tell that she puts all her love into making these beautiful creations with flowers . She was also very kind .
My whole family loves her work! We’ve been buying flowers from her ever since my grandma passed, and she’s always shown such genuine care and compassion. She made us feel seen and supported during a tough time not just like another customer. Because of that, she’ll always have our business.
My boyfriend has been getting me flowers from here for months, and they’re always so fresh & beautiful! Staff is very friendly and nice the times he has called the order in ! I’ve gotten flowers from other shops around bakersfield before but this shop is by far the best one in all of bakersfield!!! Lots of variety too on their website and cute vases, also i like all the holiday flowers always so cute !
I HIGHLY recommend this flower shop! My grandma’s casket didn’t include a bouquet and I found out the day before the funeral. I contacted every shop in Bakersfield and they told me they couldn’t make it except for this one! The bouquet turned out beautiful and it was delivered early! This shop is also very affordable. Highly recommend!!
