We got a second hand jump star trampoline and it has been great. We had to buy a new enclosure and spring cover and it was so convenient to visit their Cannington store to purchase these. The staff were super friendly and helpful and we were in and out in no time.
I purchased the 5x7 mini trampoline for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it! It was fairly straight forward to put together and is easy to move around in the backyard to keep the grass healthy. It is easy to access without a ladder and best of all, it is super jumpy despite its size! The customer service was amazing and they even managed to pack the boxes into my tiny car. Love that they are in Perth too!
We absolutely love our Jumpstar Trampoline that we purchased for our grandsons to play on. The quality is top notch and they have many extras you can buy to add to its uses, such as a sprinkler for hot weather, a basketball hoop and a sunshade for the top for those really hot sunny days. Thank you Jumpstar for many hours of fun ❤️
This is our second Jump Star Trampoline. We purchased our first one (10ft rectangle ) in 2017 and it was amazing, only ever replaced the mat in the 8 years we had it. This year we decided to get the kids a new one and went with the 12ft round and they absolutely love it. It took a couple of hours for myself and the kids to set up while hubby was sleeping for night shift, it was super easy and the directions were easy to follow. I love how easy it is to get spare parts if we ever need them. Jump Star is the only trampoline brand we have ever had and we love it.
Amazing quality and very strong trampoline. We bought 6 years ago and still my kids using . Very happy for our purchase. Really recommend these trampoline .
