Jumpin Joy Party Rentals made our backyard party a breeze. The online ordering was simple, the delivery was on time, and the staff were quick to answer our questions. Edwin was our set up guy and was great. They offered a great selection of bounce house rental and inflatable rentals, and everything we received was clean and well maintained. We loved the variety, the quality of the equipment, and the hassle‑free process. Highly recommend for anyone needing party rentals.
5/5 stars - HGHLY recommend. Edwin set up bounce quickly, and asked me my opinion every step of the way. He clarified the pick up date upon finishing. Very easy to book online. A few days before your delivery date, a staff member texted me to review the details and offered to deliver a day earlier at no additional cost. The bounce house in the pictures is the under 9 years old size (smaller than your typical) for a 1 year old bday party so it was perfect!! It has the ability to be attached to water house. Each star for staff friendliness, product quality, reliability, speed, and value. The staff at Jumpin Joy Party Rentals were fantastic! They were friendly, patient, and helped us pick the right bounce house rental for our party. The delivery was on time and the equipment was clean and safe. Overall a great experience and we would definitely use them again.
Jumpin Joy Party Rentals was awesome! Booking and payment were super easy, and they had great communication the whole time. The water slide was a total hit with the kids (and adults!) — clean, fun, and just what we needed. Drop-off and pickup were right on time, which made everything so simple. The price was great too, especially for the quality and service. They really helped make our party a blast. Definitely recommend and will use them again!
I was nervous to rent at first because the prices were the best around. But don’t let that fool you! They take pride in having wonderful costumer service. I was so relieved to have such a friendly and efficient person come and set up- I felt like he was a friend I called for help. I didn’t have to lift a finger. The bounce house looked brand new, you can tell they take pride in having clean and well-maintained rentals. Thank you guys for making our party awesome and going above and beyond to make sure it was ready to go well in advance of the party.

Exceptional! They gave us an extra day with our rental—just because—and handled setup and takedown with lightning speed and full attention to safety. As a mom, that peace of mind is priceless. And let me tell you, the equipment was in impeccable condition. The combo waterslide/bounce house was the highlight of my son's third birthday party (for littles and adults alike). The kid-sized tables and chairs were perfect. And the giant Connect Four? Let’s just say the adults got a little competitive too. These rentals weren’t just part of the party—they were the party.
