This place has gone downhill the last year or so. Lots of broken machines in the arcade, and rules for age 5 and below. We won’t be coming here anymore.
Went for teen night, my kids did not have a good time. Just not enough staff to monitor all the stations. Maybe day time is better but I won't be back.
If I can give zero stars I would. They wouldn’t allow us to eat cake even though I spent probably more than a birthday party event spent. The roof was leaking onto jumping areas. The go kart took over an hour for someone to go they said it was because they were understaffed yet there were people standing around not doing anything. When we finally got back there it didn’t work! I will never go there again and wouldn’t suggest anyone else go there. Staff is rude and lazy
I would like to formally report an incident that occurred during my recent visit. My family and I regularly dine at this establishment, but our experience on October 12, 2025, around 8 PM was quite disappointing. I was attended to by Amaya and Jayda. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and requested 15 wings, all flats. Amaya went to consult with Jayda, who then informed me that they could only provide mostly flats. When I inquired about what "mostly" meant, Jayda rolled her eyes and instructed Amaya to find out. To diffuse the situation, I agreed to accept the wings however they were prepared. After placing my order, which included two cokes and two spirits, we waited until 8:30 PM to be served. When I later asked for a refill on my coke, Amaya informed me that the kitchen and soda machines were closed. I noticed they had Icee available, so I requested one to help with the spiciness of the wings. Jayda then asked, "Are you going to buy it?" I explained that I was simply looking for a solution since I had just been told the soda machines were off. This whole experience has been the most frustrating one I've had at Jumping World with my kids. I asked to speak with the manager, and Jayda went to find her, but it felt like they were stalling. I approached the manager, who introduced herself as Olivia, and explained my concerns. She instructed the staff to turn the soda machines back on for my refill. However, as I left, I noticed the staff laughing, which felt inappropriate given the situation. I cannot recommend this location due to the poor service I received. Additionally, while waiting for my refill, I observed Amaya vacuuming with a cord stretched across the counters, creating a potential safety hazard for children. It is clear that this establishment needs to consider hiring more experienced staff to better manage these young employees.
This place is the worst. We came on a Thursday night just to bring my son for his birthday, parked and only four cars outside. We didn't book anything because it was last minute so we bought a cake at Heb to bring. My son just wanted to have dinner for his birthday with a few friends so he chose this place so they could play. Well, turns out that you can't bring cake in here unless you book a party. We literally have three kids joining us, why would we book a party? We have had parties here before and have always spent a lot of money because we have a lot of kids attending. This "policy" is ridiculous. We planned to buy food and drinks here, they don't even sell cake here! That is why they have no business here, because of stupid "policies". Their signage isn't even grammatically correct. The sign states "No outside food, drinks, & cakes allowed." It should say OR cakes, unless with a booked party. If we hadn't already told the other kids to come we would have just went to Urban Air. We are never coming back here again. Thank you Jumping World for ruining a 9 year olds birthday.
