Junk King answered the phone. I tried two other trash removal companies but neither of those answered the phone. Junk King not only answered, they got me scheduled and gave me a firm quote via text based on my photos. They arrived within the 2-hour scheduled window and called 15 minutes in advance. We had to close down our family business of 30+ years. I had to deal with the stress of potential buyers who backed out and landlord representatives who were demanding xyz… all last minute! Junk King was the only thing that was right with this stressful situation. They came and did the work quickly and efficient. I flaked out on Ryan so many times because of the potential buyers, and yet he still took my calls! I would have ignored me. Ha! Everyone had such a good attitude and was so kind.
