I am leaving my nail appointment now and I had an amazing experience. Tracy did my full set gel-x and my pedicure and i loved it. My nails came out exactly how I wanted. She was so kind and professional! She was very attentive. I will definitely be back for another appointment with her!
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SHOP ; I stay in Hampton but was in another city and wanted to try somewhere nice and welcoming and that’s exactly what they were ! I was greeted and taken care of as soon as I got inside , ana was nice and offered me a mimosa and when I say that mimosa was the bomb yalllll🤏🏽💕 , Kari was nice and gentle the entire time while doing my feet , gave great conversation and made sure I was beyond satisfied with my feet. Also before I left out I got a chance to speak with the owner Tony , I just want to say again that you Tony for the lovely experience and keep up the great work with your shop . I definitely will be coming back 💕💕💕🥰
A friend of mine recommended this place and I’m so so so glad I did! I started going here 3 months ago and never looked back after. I met Thao, who did my nails and did an incredible job with my nails. She was very nice, accommodating, and incredibly talented. I like simple designs and mostly french tip and she does them perfectly. Aside from that, she checks in with me to make sure I am satisfied with the color, length, and design. She goes back and forth comparing one hand to the other to ensure they are all even. See the photos for proof!! Everyone needs to come out and try this place. The interior of the store is elegant and classy, they offered me and my son drinks, and they deliver great customer service.
Went to this salon for the first time and absolutely loved it. The customer service is top tier and the staff are all so sweet and friendly. I got a mani pedi and the girl who did my mani was amazing. Super sweet lady named Lynn who is great with nail art. I asked for Coraline nails for Halloween and I couldn't have asked for a better result. Definitely will be coming back.
Beautiful salon, came because I saw the grand opening on IG. The food and set up was amazing and the customer service was talk to you. My pedicure went well. The water was just cold, but I believe it was due to everyone getting a pedicure and maybe just running out of hot water. Snow did my pedicure and she did an amazing job. The professionalism and personality was the best. Crystal did my hands and she was so quick and thorough at the same time. I love my nails and they are exactly what I asked for. Best of luck to the new salon! Edit: There was a treasure chest that people were able to pick from giving out discounts that I seen when I first entered the salon, but when I checked out, they said that they were done with it so this kind of was a bummer for it to be a grand opening.
