We took our Tahoe in for repair after a deer decided to rearrange the front end. I would have to say the experience was flawless! Excellent work! The insurance company was involved. They took on communication with them and let us know what to expect and actually helped us fix an additional issue. I would recommend this shop 100%
Common story. My truck was parked in the street and some drunk hit it. Other places didn’t wanna touch my truck because it’s 21 years old and the insurance company wanted to total it. Karroll Martin did a great job. Reasonable price. Had a great conversation with the owner as well when we picked it up Definitely recommend
A month ago, I was in a car accident and the right side of my car was crushed badly—like a taco. Since I didn’t have full coverage insurance, I told myself I’d just keep driving it until it completely broke down. People told me about a place called Karoll Martin Auto Body Shop, but because I live paycheck to paycheck, I was afraid the repair would cost over $4,000. Thankfully, they gave me a price I could actually afford. This morning I picked up my car, and it looks amazing—you’d never know how badly it was damaged. On top of that, they cleaned the inside of my car and even polished my tire. I’ve fallen back in love with my car again. I’ve already told all my coworkers and friends about how incredible this shop is. The team did an outstanding job and gave me great customer service. I’m truly thankful, and I can honestly say Karoll Martin Auto Body Shop is the best place in Tulsa.

I am so glad I found this auto body shop. After my car was in a hit and run, I visited another auto body shop to request a quote (which was over $2K and included a new bumper). At Karoll Martin, they gave me a much less expensive, simpler option, and were so so kind. Their office is peaceful and clean and you can tell they really care about their customers. To top things off, they vacuumed my car! (Which means a lot to a mom with messy kids!). I recommend them wholeheartedly.
