I can’t say enough good things about KC Computer! After dealing with a nightmare machine from another store and endless repair hassles, I turned to KC Computer based on a recommendation and they absolutely lived up to the praise. The service here is top-notch, and the new computer I bought from them runs like a dream—100% better than my last one. For anyone combing through reviews like I do, trust me: if you’re looking for the best computer service in Memphis, look no further than KC Computer. They’re simply outstanding!
I turned off my computer for a few days and it would not boot up. After spending hours trying to fix it, and messing it up even more in the process, I finally decided to get some help. So glad I did! I called and Russ told me to bring it in. Russ was able to get all needed files off my main hard drive and move them to a new drive I bought recently. He also found one drive to be bad and was able to remove it. Windows was reinstalled on my computer and it is up and running again! Russ even dusted the inside of my computer! I lost absolutely no files and a huge Lightroom Catalog is once again up and running. My computer is running faster than it was before. Service was quicker than I could ever expect. Russ knows his stuff! I definitely recommend KC Computer for your computer needs.
I emailed Diane to ask if they took 65" TVs for recycling and she promptly answered they would be glad to take it. The drop off was fast and friendly, and we truly appreciate it.
Russ at KC computers did a fantastic job for me. My computer went down, he checked it out and found out that it was the motherboard. But he was able to transfer all the data from my old computer to a new computer that I’ve bought from him. And then, even after I downloaded the new programs, we could not find one that was in my old hard drive. I took it back to him and we were able to find it or he was able to find it. Installed it in the Computer and I was on the road again. He has a great customer service and his place is fantastic. From now on anytime I have computer problems. I will go see him. I’m so thankful he was around. And would highly recommend for any problems, you go see him and KC computers. Thank you, Russ for all you did.
