KCH Rental was fast, responsive, and extremely professional. I love their use of automation to keep me up-to-date on my order, my invoice and payment schedule. When I had to make a small change to my order, they were immediately accommodating, and the automation changed my order quickly. Drop off and pick up or seamless and professional. This small black and woman-owned business is top-notch! KCH Rentals accommodated a last-minute table, chair, and patio heater rental with delivery and setup for a backyard engagement party of 100+ guests. They have great rates and exceptional customer service, and delivered on schedule. The table skirts were elegant. The cocktail tables, dining tables, and chairs were top quality. Kudos to the owner for her attention to detail, friendliness, and great energy. Support small businesses. Better yet, support this fabulous black and woman-owned business!
