My experience with Kelly was disappointing. She was unresponsive, frequently unavailable to show homes, and often had an excuse instead of a solution. Even after sending me a contract, her follow-through was lacking, and her impatience made the process more frustrating. I did not feel she was committed to helping me as a client. I would recommend considering other agents who are more professional, responsive, and client-focused.
