I’m currently living out of town, but was visiting the Springs area for 4th of July weekend. Wanted to get a small TV/ VcR combo set fixed while I was visiting and Googled Kelly’s. I’ve never got an old set fixed like this, so I didn’t quite know what to expect. The fine people at Kelly’s fixed it and also made sure , due to me only visiting the area, to do it quickly. When I went back to the room I’m staying , I plugged it in and watch an old Mr. Bean 📼. Thanks guys, if I ever need more TB repair, I will definitely come back.
These guys were fantastic. I took them an LG oled that I hoped was worth fixing because they are fairly spendy. I dropped my tv off the Saturday before Memorial Day. He told me if they didn’t call me with an estimate today, it would be Tuesday. Sure enough, Tuesday morning I got a call with a repair estimate that seemed totally fair versus replacement, and they apply their troubleshooting fee to the overall repair bill. I authorized the repair Tuesday, and they called me Thursday afternoon to tell me it was ready to be picked up. I was in disbelief how fast their service was and how friendly and helpful they were. This is a great, honest, and super fast repair shop. Cannot recommend them enough. I hope not to need too many tv repairs done but I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks guys!
Andres and his son picked up my large tv this morning and returned it this evening fixed! I am so pleased with their professionalism, communication and efficiency. Geek Squad gave me a date in November.🙄 So happy to have our tv back. 😊
