This place is awesome! I was referred by my client as I noticed she was getting GREAT results, now I work out but had never hired a trainer so when I heard I'd be paired up with a female trainer (Ju) it was a lot less intimidating but NOT any less intense! Ju challenges my body and my mind to new levels, I love it Here ❤️
I first started in January 2022 and I was horrible with my squats! Now it’s July 2022 and my squats are wayyyyyy better! They worked with me in my squats and now we working on my strength!
Great experience. I got a detailed plan and diet regimen to follow to improve my performance as an athlete. As we all know in the 30s you lose a step in Lateral agility and acceleration. I want to get that back or slow that process down lol. Coach Kenny knew exactly what I was battling and tailored workouts to my needs whether in the gym with weights or when on the road with only my body weight.
