Truly outstanding customer service and attention to detail. HIGHLY recommend this company. We used Kerrs to move from our 3rd floor flat to our new house and used the packing service too. The packing service is a must if you are thinking of it. We had Paul to pack for us and he was so personable, so easy to talk to and so respectful of our property. He individually wrapped any valuable or breakable items and they are all safely in our new home without damage. In terms of the move - stressfully, we got our keys late on Friday, but the business threw so many bodies at the situation and we were moved in shortly after getting the keys. Beds rebuilt and everything in the right part of the house. All we had to do was unpack at our own pace. Great team and wonderful service. HIGHLY recommend!
This is a great firm. From the initial visit to putting everything in it's right place at our new house Blair, Alex and his team were great. Nothing was too much trouble, they worked really quickly and at the same time cared for our belongings. The whole move was a stress free as these things can be and a major part of this was due to the professionalism of Kerr's.
Exceptional experience. I initially contacted 3 removal firms for quotes, Kerrs being the most familiar to me from seeing their vans around Edinburgh. Kerrs quote came below the other 2 so I went with them. Was provided with packing materials for the move. All communication in the lead up to the move was swift and informative. On the day of the move the removal team couldn’t be better. Friendly and straight in to the job. They emptied all contents quickly, the move included navigating bulky items down a spiral tenement stairwell. At my new house, again many stairs to climb, the team carefully delivered the items to the desired rooms. The speed they worked at was impressive. Kerrs had come recommended by 2 friends and I completely agree with them, I absolutely recommend them. Thanks again for taking the stress out of moving house, class from start to finish 👍🏻
Kerrs were brilliant from start to finish. They did the packing, storage and moving for us from a 4 bedroom to a 6 bedroom and were really friendly, helpful and communicative throughout. They sent extra men along to make sure our move in day went smoothly and had our beds made-up for us for our first night. Nothing lost or broken. They even managed to keep my sons Lego creations in one piece! Highly recommended.
From quote to finish, Kerr’s removals were absolutely brilliant. Billy, William and his team were outstanding - nothing was too much hassle for them, and they went above and beyond to help our parents throughout the entire process. Their hard work, care, and dedication made it smooth and plain sailing. They all deserve employee of the month. Highly recommended!
