My kids had a half day today and was eating something before they started to play. The young lady at the front desk was nice and said it was ok for the kids to eat. When Cindy came out, she said something to the young lady and she then came to us and asked if we would throw out the food bags, but it was ok to continue eating. Not knowing the manager was upset, I went to the front desk to exchange socks that I purchased for my daughter. Cindy immediately started yelling at me, saying “ you guys cannot eat other food here.” I said, ok, I understand, they are finishing up, it won’t happen again”. She went on yelling about the situation. I then said, “if it’s a problem, please refund my money. She proceeded to look up the transaction. I then went to tell the other mom I was with about what was stated. We both went to the desk to receive our refund. Throughout waiting, Cindy was short. Once my card was returned, I thanked the young lady for her politeness. Throughout all of this, the entire place was empty. I feel like Cindy’s behavior was due to our race. I will never again visit this location and will make others aware of the behavior of management.

Great indoor playground for kids. Lots of activities and kept my son's interest for hours. He would have stayed all day. The facility was clean, well maintained, and large enough to spread out various attractions. Very fun time.

Super empty we paid about $55 for 2 adults, one 12 y/o one 4 y/o and a 1 year old, well worth it and we had fun jumping and in the ball pit there's plenty of room and an area you can eat and still see the kids, they charge 3.50 for socks and have shoes outside of the bathroom to slip on to use the restroom, great location not crowded and we were told on Wednesday it was $10 so we will be back then

This place is very nice! Alex helped us get checked in and was super patient with my kiddo who didn't have the patience for the waiver. We stopped in on a whim, bought the socks which are pretty nice. The prices are fair. The place is clean. I saw people get the pizza and it's pretty big. I went with a 15 year old and 6 year old. They both had a blast. I love that they have lockers that are free, it really encourages the adults to play instead of watching their things. Also, the bathrooms have Crocs that you can slide on over the socks to run into the bathroom. It seems like a lot of well thought ideas. We will definitely come back!

Not a fault to be found in terms of play and recreation. It's a great size and keeps the children very busy. Up front at the registers, there's an ice cream freezer & small refrigerator with bottled water and juice boxes for purchase. Pizzas are also ordered at the register and sold by the pie. No-slip shoes are available to put on for the bathroom (so that you don't walk in there with just your socks). There's a very long wall of cubbies heading into the play area, in order to put your shoes & belongings up.
