Phenomenal! Kim handled our very complicated set of residential real estate transactions with skill, grace, serenity, and a great strategic mind. We had to sell quickly, buy, set up a “tenants in common”agreement, and deal with complicated San Francisco and Oakland real estate rules. At each turn, Kim gave us great advice. Kim and her team are the best! Committed, patient, and knowledgeable. I both sold and bought with Kim, and really appreciated that she didn't rush me into a home. She gave her honest opinion about defects in the homes we saw, neighborhood potential, etc to make sure I got into the right home. Plus it helps that she knows everyone in the area and other agents love to work with her team!

The home buying process is so overwhelming, but the moment I met Kim, the pieces started falling into place—and the “hurdles” became opportunities to evaluate, renegotiate, and find a way forward. Kim was at the center of it all, talking and walking me through the possibilities. I ended up purchasing a fantastic, two-year-old property $30k+ below the list price in the Bay Area. I am now in my new space with new energy and a new sense of self, and I owe much of this to Kim, her reliable and fantastic team (I bow down to you, Valerie!), and her network of talented lenders, escrow officers, carpenters, painters, and more.
