WOW!! I am astonished by how clean Kim got my wedding dress. It was an outdoor wedding and I had a long train that got absolutely covered in dirt and mud. She is a wizard and cleaned it perfectly - it looks brand new!! Beyond my wildest expectations. Thank you, Kim - I’m so grateful!
To say Kim is a magician would be an insult to how incredible she is at her craft! I brought my wedding dress here to be preserved and cleaned after my wedding. I danced all night long without caring how dirty the dress got… until the night was over and it was literally black in the bottom 😢 Since I got married out of state and didn’t plan ahead of time, I wasn’t sure how clean anyone would be able to get it after it sat absolutely filthy in my closet for about 2 weeks after my wedding. I wish I had a picture of before, but Kim and her husband audibly gasped when I showed it to them 😂 She assured me that she would do her best to get us sparkling clean again and she did NOT disappoint. I’d give her 10 stars if I could! Thank you Kim 💕💕💕💕
My wife and I were in need of professional, expert cleaners for her wedding dresses and my suit, and we found just that at Kim's Cleaners & Alterations. The clothes from our special day came back good as new and in great care. And her wedding dress was preserved nicely in a display box. We can't recommend them enough :)
Kim's been my go-to in the area. She did a great job on resizing my linen dress and also helping to remove some iron stains on my dress. She is genuine in her service and her smile always makes me have a better day, she is kind and does good work. Definitely recommend her services!
Kim is the best! I brought in my wedding dress that was bought as a sample so it had makeup, dirt, and marks all over it. Kim explained how they would clean it (total bonus, no chemicals! She uses a water based treatment so perfect for my sensitive skin) and the timeline. It came back a whole different dress, it looks exceptional. After doing a lot of research on where to take my dress, I’m so thrilled I found Kim. I definitely will be going back as I know all my items will be in excellent hands.
