My pup Towa went to kip for board & training in November 2025 and continues to attend one on one training and daycare & train. She has made such amazing progress during her sessions and shows nothing but pure joy when attending (sometimes being more excited to see Janet than she is to see me when I pick her up). Janet has been one of the best trainers I have ever gone to and displays nothing but passion for the pups. I do not feel judged or criticised for Towas off days and we are supported in what works for us. Thank you so much Kip and Janet 💜🐾
Thanks Kip Canberra for the care and attention given to both us and our dogs during their first boarding experience. Our typically anxious dog came home happy, healthy and clearly got a lot of pats, cuddles and special attention. The process from booking to pick up was seamless. The Kip app is great and we loved the daily updates and videos.
Our dog stayed with Kip for almost 6 weeks. During that time we were sent daily updates including pics and videos. Kip also went out of their way to help with a medication issue. We cannot recommend them enough! We came back to a happy dog who clearly had a great time with Kip!!
Kip takes such good care of our dog whenever we go away! She can be an anxious girl and the team at Kip look after her so well and we are so appreciative of the daily updates we get while we’re away 😊
Words can't express how grateful we are to the staff at Kip Kennels Canberra. The staff and the facilities are wonderfully appointed. It has been designed and built for the comfort and fun of all animals who come to stay. The minute you turn up you can tell the staff enjoy and love what they do. We were lucky enough to have such an amazing team care for our beautiful family member Sophie. We love the pictures and the updates , especially the phone calls when our little girl had some complex needs. Recently she passed away after 15 years of being loved. The incredible compassionate team at Kip , sent flowers and a card of condolences, which we thank them for from the bottom of our hearts. We thank you for the love and care to both human and animals alike. And look forward to using the service again when we decide it's time to open our hearts to another animal.
