We drilled through a pipe trying to hang something on a Friday night. Fixed it to get us through the weekend but that decide to stop holding Saturday night. They came out on a Sunday and fixed it quickly. They were all super nice!
I would give Kirkwood Plumbing 10 stars if more were aveilable! I had an emergency (floor drain backed up into basement) on a Saturday that needed remediation immediately. 2 other companies couldn't get anyone out until Monday. I found Kirkwood plumbing via a Google search. They had a technician out in under 2 hours!!!. BRANDON SMITH WAS AWESOME!!! He identified the problem, cleared out the tree roots and debris, and the water from the basement cleared out quickly. I mentioned I had a running toilet. Brandon fixed that too! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this company and I did not have to take out a 2nd mortgage to cover the costs! Very reasonable for a Saturday emergency call!❤️❤️❤️ I will be using Kirkwood Plumbing from here on out. Shhhh.. don't tell them...I now need them to figure out why I don't get water to my upstairs bathroom sink.
The technician I had out was extremely friendly and professional. I have an older house with older plumbing, and he was able to give me some rough estimates on options for later down the road, which I am going to be discussing with my wife To add on our list for the next couple of years, to be done. With the professionalism, communication and speed that I have experienced with this company.There is a high chance that they will be the ones I call for future work
When I submitted my request for assistance, I received a quick phone call from them. We didn't need someone to come that night, but they had openings for the next day which was perfect. We received timely updates about their arrival, including a photo of the plumber. For those leary about opening their door to a stranger, this would help out you at ease. Eric arrived and within seconds he provided a professional I production and I felt immediately that he was qualified and competent. He quickly got to work, got our main sewer line unclogged, provided video of our line issues and provided a plan to fix those issues. Our lines are nearly 60 years old, corroded, falling apart, etc and the cost of the future replacement was well below what we thought it would be. The cost of the current days repair was fair. When he left, we felt that this was a job well done and I have already recommended a friend to them. We look forward to working with them again, on the replacement of our old lines.
I have used Kirkwood Plumbing for my home and my adult day center in Fenton. But, today was about my home and the great thing is… they don’t charge any extra fee for clearing lines on the weekend! I had 2 sinks that needed attention. All good! He even recommended a product I could get from a local hardware store that could be helpful for ongoing maintenance to avoid issues. My service pro was on time, kind and was patient with the grand kids who had spent the night and were playing and under foot! I highly recommend Kirkwood Plumbing. I really have never been disappointed!
