Emma has been doing my hair for several years now. I've moved along with her to a few different spots in Rochester and am ecstatic for her and Kelly bringing the services K.ivy offers to the community. Not only is Emma a fantastic colorist, she's an all around good person. I always look forward to the couple of hours I get to spend with her every 10 weeks! Emma has been doing both my highlight and extensions for about a year now. Hair is Emma's blank canvas and she has an incredible natural gift. To listen, establish an understanding of the look desired, and execute in detail, intuitively knowing which steps to take to reach the desired result. She gets to know her clients and what they typically like and goes above and beyond to deliver that outcome. She never ever disappoints!
Emma has been doing for hair for a few years now and she’s an all around 10/10. She is extremely talented and knowledgeable. My hair is the healthiest it has ever been too. On top of her skills, she has the greatest personality and whenever I get my hair done I feel like im hanging out with one of my best friends. We have the best convos and laughs. I will never be able to go anywhere else!
