Klava Z Beauty was so amazing to work with for my wedding day this past summer! I had Elvira do my makeup and Jess do my hair and both were amazing. The booking process was very smooth and email responses were always very prompt. Both Elvira and Jess made me and my bridesmaids feel so comfortable and everyone’s hair and makeup turned out beautifully. I personally felt like my hair and makeup turned out even better than the trial and lasted well through the day and night. Overall, I would highly recommend Klava Z Beauty for both makeup and hair for your wedding day!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Klava! From start to finish, she was an absolute dream to work with. I wanted a romantic glam with pops of colours and she definitely delivered. Her studio for the trial was a bit of a drive for me (in Kanata), and when I showed up late, she was so kind and understanding — a true professional with amazing energy. During my trial, I wasn’t in love with the lipstick shade we tried, and Klava went above and beyond afterwards — helping me search for weeks until we found the perfect one! She even checked in multiple times and looked at all the swatches and options I sent her. That kind of dedication is rare and really speaks to how much she cares about her clients feeling their absolute best. On my wedding day, my makeup was flawless — it lasted through a hot July day, tons of dancing (until 2 a.m.!), and still looked amazing at the end of the night. Klava also worked her magic on my mom, who was quite nervous about getting her makeup done. She looked radiant and felt so confident. And my bridesmaids — who can be picky — were all thrilled with how their makeup turned out. Klava absolutely knocked it out of the park with everyone! The whole morning was so fun, calm, and positive thanks to her warm and easygoing personality. She also provides super helpful skincare guides and prep manuals in the year leading up to the wedding, which made such a difference in how my skin looked and felt. I was so happy I booked her — incredible value and truly worth the splurge. Klava is talented, kind, and genuinely cares about her brides. I couldn’t recommend her more!
Klava was absolutely amazing on my wedding day! Her energy was so positive, calming, and uplifting, which made getting ready such a fun and relaxed experience. The trial session was incredible too — she helped me refine my look and made me feel completely confident about my makeup for the big day. She listened carefully to exactly what I wanted and created a look that was perfect for me — elegant, timeless, and flattering. My makeup lasted all day and night, through happy tears and dancing, just as she promised. What made the experience even more special was how kind, personable, and professional Klava is. She made me feel confident and cared for every step of the way, and her attention to detail truly shows her expertise. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt beautiful and prepared for my big day.
My experience with Klava was excellent! They did the hair and makeup for myself(bride) and 2 of my bridesmaids. They were very accommodating on scheduling the trial as I was coming from overseas. I also don't usually wear much makeup and have had some bad experiences in the past with my makeup being "professionally" done. I was very impressed with their work and their kindness. I would highly recommend them!!
Klava - THANK YOU for being a part of my wedding day. Everyone had nothing but kind things to say about you and the makeup lasted all day, through happy tears and intense dancing. We all felt extra beautiful! Beyond the makeup, Klava, you are a joy to work with. You put everyone at ease and made them feel important while you were doing their makeup. That's a skill you can't teach beyond makeup and I appreciate that! I would recommend Klava to anyone for makeup lessons or her makeup artistry for a special occasion. She is knowledgeable about makeup and very knowledgeable about skincare. Along with her makeup services, I received guidance documents at intervals leading up to my wedding, which kept me feeling excited as I prepared.
