While they have a great selection of houseplants, I find Klein’s to be VERY expensive. For a philodendron that may be $7-$10 somewhere, it most likely will be $20 here. Some of there 6-8 inch plants are around $40 when you can probably get them for $15-$20 somewhere else. Customer service is fine but man, they really need to fix their prices. Try Jung or Kelly’s for better pricing!
We enjoy just wandering through and looking at all the plants. It's very relaxing. There are many varieties to choose from and the gift shop has a lot of unique items to browse or purchase. It's especially nice in the summer when they have the annuals and perennials to select from as well.
Top notch! I used them recently for a flower delivery for my mom’s birthday, they were so fast and the flowers were gorgeous. I goofed up and put my number in instead of my moms, the delivery driver called me to say no one was home and he didn’t want to leave them outside due to the cold temps, I called my mom and found out she was actually home just didn’t hear the doorbell so he hurried back over with the flowers and delivered them, that’s above and beyond if you ask me! Also the flowers were beautiful and prices are very fair.
Love Klein's! A nice way to beat the winter, or any time of year :) Plus, they had a treat at the register for my dog after she enjoyed her sniff around the greenhouse. We left with a couple gorgeous plants and containers which they potted for us!
We had our wedding back in September of 2023 and chose Kleins to do our flowers. I could not have made a better choice for our wedding and am still blown away by the care, attention, ease of transaction and beauty that Sarah provided for us on what can be a very stressful day. I started working with Sarah on the flowers and being a bride with decision fatigue, Sarah made it easy and exceeded beyond my expectations when the big day arrived. I showed her a few pictures of my vision and she took it to a whole other level with her experience and skill that could not be matched by anywhere else. Set up was a breeze (for me), She worked hard all morning getting everything just right. To this day, people talk about how beautiful the flowers were. Can we talk about the flower crown!? It could not have been more perfect. All of the little details made this the easiest and best decision in my wedding planning journey. Sarah is down to earth, and very easy to work with. She will match whatever you have envisioned and bring it to life. I would give this place 10 starts if I could. Brides, this is the place!
