Knight & Day plumbing and Sean restored our water after a burst pipe from a frozen water pipe. They did it in about 2 hours and now the house is back to normal. We also used Knight and Day for our home inspection to do a camera scope of our sewer pipes. Access to our sewer line was a tight squeeze through a small hole in a crawlspace but they were more than happy to complete the inspection TWICE and they provided the video footage practically immediately and they included the recording of our actual crawl space so we know it was a legit recording! Overall very professional and practical, we weren't oversold services and we were provided with practical common sense solutions to our plumbing concerns
Michael was the gentleman that took care of me and not only did he keep me in the loop as to what scheduled, the scope of the work that need done, he also worked very hard to make sure the project was successful completed and put my mind at ease!!! I am very grateful for the opportunity to know and have met him personally….he simple is an incredible person. AWR is sadly fell short but the star definitely was Michael!!!! Thank you my friend!!!
Total rip off of a company. Wanted to charge me out of pocket for fixing a broken water line, but I had a warranty that covered this. The plumber that they recommended me tried to screw me. Saying I have to pay out of pocket. I got a second opinion on a plumber that did work for me years ago. He said there should be no out of pocket with that warranty I have. So I called them and they said that is true and they dropped him and got the plumber that I picked. The company that handles the claims. (Pivotol) He works for that protection warranty company. Does all their jobs. Then I called him and asked why he wanted the extra money, and I told him I’m cancelling him because there should be no out of pocket. Plus it covers work up to $15K. I would advise to not get this company. They will take advantage of you. Joe
Josh was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to converse with. He did an amazing job replacing our waste stack and the elbow beneath the concrete. He was very neat, placing all debris in heavyweight plastic bags, did the repair, refilled the hole and very neatly applied concrete to complete the job. I would have Josh here for any issue that I have.
I had an amazing experience with Knight and Day Plumbing and I couldn’t be more grateful! Late on a Saturday night, I had a major sewer line backup in my basement, with about a foot of water flooding the area. I called for help, and to my surprise, they answered right away. The next morning, on Super Bowl Sunday no less, they called me back promptly and sent someone over. Sean, the technician who arrived, was friendly, professional, and went straight to work. He got his machine set up and before I knew it, the water started draining! He even went the extra mile by grabbing his water hose to clean up the sludge on my basement floor. Sean asked me to run all the faucets and flush the toilets to check the water flow, and everything worked perfectly. Not only did Sean fix the immediate issue, but he also took the time to show me the clean-out line outside my house and explained how to find it if there was ever another backup. His thoroughness and dedication to ensuring I understood everything were greatly appreciated. I will absolutely call Knight and Day Plumbing again if I ever have another issue. Their service was impeccable, and I highly recommend them! Thank you for saving our Super Bowl Sunday!
