David helped me from the ages 11 through 23 years old. Truly don’t think I earn the opportunities collegiately without his guidance and development. Became more fluid, more explosive, a much stronger athlete, and prevented a ton of injury because of the training at Kratos.
I have never stuck with work outs. Ever. But I hit the point where I needed to make a change and I’m so thankful I did that with the team at Kratos. More than a year later, I’ve never felt better about my body. A very friendly gym environment surrounded by trainers with lots of experience. You can tell the staff truly cares about their clients and everyone at the gym is so motivating. From someone who is not a gym rat…..just take the leap and stop in and see for yourself!
My son has been working with Jake Brown for 4 years now & he’s an excellent trainer! We travel a little over an hour for his workouts & Jake is always willing to work with us & our schedule. Jake has instilled confidence in our son both mentally & physically. The workouts he does have helped him with his agility, speed & overall athleticism. Jake is currently helping with his recovery after ACL surgery to help him get back into basketball. Jake is amazing & we appreciate everything he has done! Would highly recommend him to anyone!!!
I’ve been training with Jensen McTavish at Kratos for 4 years now, and I’ve loved every second of it. Originally came here for my ACL recovery, but now as a college athlete I workout here every offseason. Kratos has helped me rebuild and increase my speed, strength and agility. Every Kratos coach has been so welcoming and insightful towards my training. The community in this gym facilitates an environment of success.
