This law firm is shady. They are representing people in the Zantac law suit and have not paid us our money. We are constantly getting the runaround from so called case management and the attorneys do not respond nor call you to update you on anything. We do not have Medicare, so it should never take this long to see if people have Medicare leins. Those who don't should have received payments quicker than the ones that do!! It should never be a thing of partial payment either. This law firm is egregious and shady, and I certainly will be hiring another law firm to go after them for their nonsense

I am a part of this bsa lawsuit and I Received my first initial payment and after they took out their fees, I got Less than what was initially told to me that I was getting this has been going on for a while since 2020 and trying to get updates from them is next near impossible I am a client who feels like they got there money and don’t care to give me any status updates I have to contact them just to get an update and always get the run around I understand I’m not the only one getting a settlement but times are tough right now and I feel like no justice has been served at all this is crazy that we have to wait this long for something that is owed to us

My dad went through this “law firm” for his Camp LeJeune Water Lawsuit and is getting the run around and probably won’t ever see the money. Honestly this is sad considering he served his country and has become sick and some random people who are supposed to be helping him will get his money. You all need to be turned in and blasted all over. I’m considering going to the news with this. People need to be warned not to use you all. Or be used.

I have been represented by Krause & Kinsman for approximately 3 years. I find it almost impossible to get my assigned attorney (Joanna) to return a call. On their web site they list under professionalism they list communication with their clients as an area they take pride in, (I DON'T SEE IT) Claimant # 977199 feel free to call me if what I have experienced is not the norm .

I was a part of the law suit for the hernia mesh case. Krause & Kinsman was very good during the litigation process and always kept in touch with me. They finally came to a settlement and sent me documents to sign. I never heard anything after that. I have called, emailed and texted them several times and nobody has responded back to me. I wanted to know the status of my claim even if for some reason I was not going to receive anything. I just wanted to talk to someone but no one even tried to reach me. I hope they did not do this to anyone else but I would caution anyone that has a case with them.
