Came in from out of town with car troubles on the highway. Zach and his crew provided top notch service with promptness, clarity and honesty. They fixed the problem and had us back on the road quickly. Really grateful and highly recommend!
Do not ever go to this location. I looked online for an oil change and saw that this place had great reviews and a $50 synthetic blend oil change. When I arrived they said it would be a 35 minute wait and that they could do a synthetic blend oil change on my car for $50. It took them over an hour to complete the service and when I checked out, I was charged $80 for their full synthetic since my car could not take the synthetic blend. At no point during the process was I informed about the change in price and when I communicated that to the manager they refused to do anything about it. I also had a coupon for $15 off an oil change valid at any location but the manager refused to honor that either. I was also told that if I was not happy to never come back to this location.
Just got my headlight bulb replaced. James was a friendly face, helpful and really made me feel valued as a customer. First class service. Oscar serviced my car quickly, efficiently and within budget. I highly recommend this place as it's a go-to for oil changes, state inspections, etc. Decent waiting times. Great customer service. Hoping this place never leaves. Especially James and Oscar.
I went to pick up a U-Haul this morning at this location. David helped me and was beyond accommodating and helpful. I also saw him and his coworker (this man had a hat on and tattoos) deal with some difficult customers and handle the situation so professionally. I’ve gone to this location for an oil change before and had a good experience, but I was beyond impressed with the customer service I saw David provide today! I will definitely be coming back the next time I need my car serviced.
