We had a wonderful stay at Lakeway Resort and Spa this week. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views. The grounds, the atmosphere, and the overall experience truly make it a special place to relax and unwind. What really set this stay apart, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming, but a few people went truly above and beyond. George at the front desk greeted us with such kindness and warmth and was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. Elvis was outstanding — always available to assist with our bags, provide directions, or answer any questions we had. His attentiveness and genuine willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. We felt well taken care of and truly welcomed. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Lakeway Resort and Spa to anyone looking for a beautiful setting paired with outstanding hospitality.
Great service! Elvis made my day! He loves his job and had such a positive attitude greeting us at the hotel and opening the door 🚪 The best first impression, and lasting memory when we left! Nobody has done this better that I’ve seen!
Upon arrival, we were met by Ryan and George at the front desk. Friendly, hospitable, passionate about their role, they made us feel welcome and recognized our 40th anniversary with an upgrade of view. Elvis is an ambassador of the hotel and community. We can feel his genuine care and comfort for others. We met Kimberly and Michelle at the desk who were helpful with suggestions to local restaurants. We met Farsan (said he was an intern) from India and he was very helpful and efficient. As a former executive at The Ritz Carlton Hotels, we experienced the value of a genuine care and comfort for guests through these associates. Thank you for the hospitality. The customer service was amazing! Elvis the door greeter, gave us a warm greeting everytime we entered! Very outgoing and friendly. The location and ambiance is amazingly relaxing. The quietness was superb. Just what my husband and I need for a short escape.The rooms could use some upgrades. I was a little disappointed with the cleaniness. Dust on the baseboards, refrigerator wasn't clean and it was rusted on the inside. Also seen serveral carpet stains in our suite. Outside of the cleaniness the overall stay was great.
This trip was incredible and exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by our valet Elvis. Elvis was so funny and enthusiastic when welcoming us. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and informative. We ate at the 63 Restaurant & Bar for dinner and breakfast. Dimas was very nice and had great communication with us. It was so delicious and the food wait staff was kind and catered to our needs. 10 out of 10 recommend staying at this resort.
