The saga of the Ilse Jacobson hornbaek. Bought one for my wife in the US, and returned - wrong type. Searched on line and found one at Lana’s Melbourne boutique. In a rush, on a cruise, in an Uber, and 10 minutes to closing. I gave them a call, and Lana and Karen waited for us to arrive seconds before closing. Had readied three Hornbaeks one of which was a perfect fit for my bride. A coat, dress, and blouse later we went home (back to the ship) satisfied. Lana and Karen ere fantastic. Go see them and their collection. Way to go girls!!!!
First time customer. Ordered a dress online and it arrived super fast, beautifully packaged in a drawstring bag with a gorgeous hand written note. What a lovely experience. Unfortunately the dress was too small, so I had to return, but couldn’t be happier with the customer service. I rang the store and they were so helpful, measuring another size for me and then making suggestions for alternate options. I will definitely add this store to my shopping list and share my experience with friends. Thank you Lana Berg xx

Amazing experience, great brands and items that can be mixed and matched. Be prepared to spend time looking at all the great brands and trying things on. I promise you will come out with more than one item. Team Lana are fantastic, I highly recommend a visit on a regular basis
I went into Lana Berg this morning needing an outfit for an important wedding. I was feeling nervous and lacking confidence, not sure anything would even fit me in such a beautiful shop. The women working here were both super kind and helpful, really knowledgeable about their range and fantastic at recommending prices that would work for me. I left with 2 gorgeous dresses and feeling fabulous. I will most definitely be back. Thank you for looking after me ladies.
