Just wanted to take the time to share my experience. I recently got married and was looking for a ring for myself. I wanted something a little different and found a ring I loved at a local jewelry store. It was pretty pricey ($1000) for a mans ring. After my wife's rings I wasn't looking to spend a fortune on myself. I decided to try Google to see if I could find the ring cheaper or something similar for less. I found the exact same ring at Larson for 40% cheaper than anywhere else. Plus they were having a couple promotions at the time. 35% off for new customers and a free ring (they're pick) with my purchase. I decided to take a chance and order from them online. My rings arrived 9 days earlier than expected in premium packaging. They fit exactly as expected, and I even liked the free ring they picked out for me, and I saved ALOT of money. Definitely a positive experience! I don't expect to buy many more rings in the future, but if I do, I'll definitely buy from Larson again.

We bought my husband a wedding band from Larson Jewelers last year after he lost his band. We ordered the ring online (complete with engraving) and he has been very happy with it. Now he’s lost a lot of weight we needed to get his ring either resized or replaced. He remembered that Larson offers an exchange policy so we looked into how to return the ring and replace or resize it. We live close to the showroom so we were able to make an appointment and go in. Nolan helped us in the showroom and he was amazing. My husband picked out the correct size and went up in the thickness of the ring…we left with the new ring (fully engraved on the spot) and Nolan told him to keep the old ring…all for $20! So impressed with Nolan, and Larson now has customers for life. Highly recommend Larson Jewelers!

Terrible customer service for 1 stars. There ring sizer are not accurate as well. I had to attempt 3 times before the correct fit. Each time there was a restocking fee of 20 percent. Since I purchased 2 platnum wedding bands custom. Was not my issue there seer is not accurate. For a ring cost of 1699$ now ended up being 2300$. I could have gone to a better local jewelry store for less. When you receive your wedding bands it's a big day. Each time I received the bands in a paper fed ex envelope. Zero presentation on a 1699 ring for each. One of the rings was outside the box. I brought this to there attention how disappointing. They assumed me terrible mistake they would bring it to attention. They did not care the next 2 same mailing tossed in an envelope. To see in other reviews the same mailing. If I had bought a ring from Target sure toss in an envelope. Not when spending 2300$ for a ring. Terrible customer service not making you feel appreciated. I will not purchase again from Larson. Nor will I ever recommend them.
