I want to give a big shout out to Giau at Lazeraway for all her help with getting me the best deals and getting my rewards into a good use. She took her time sending videos in some of the treatments I wasn’t familiar with. I been coming to Lazeraway for over 3 years and I’m always very happy with the results. It’s my first time getting Laser and this clinic was great! Giau and Leticia at the front desk were so kind, and Avid (my clinician) was great! Super easy and quick! I’m genuinely shocked at how simple the process was, I expected the same as waxing or worse but it was better! Hoping the results are good too :)
Vanessa and Giau are amazing! They spent so much time with me going over all my options and educating me on the different treatments that Laser Away has to offer! I didn’t feel like they were pushing me to purchase ~ but they definitely helped me see the benefits of each treatment/membership plan. I drive to this location from ktown because this is the best laser away I’ve ever been to. Easy to find parking, kind people are always at the front desk and the nurses are also super nice! Thanks for a great experience ladies.
I’m almost done with my first laser hair removal package, and I couldn’t be happier! The customer service has been incredible from day one. Giau has helped me throughout the entire process, and I only have wonderful things to say about her: she’s kind, attentive, and always goes above and beyond. She remembers the little details and makes every visit smooth and peaceful. I can’t recommend her (and the whole Beverly Hills team) enough!
Great experience! Giau was very helpful in helping schedule me quickly and professionally. She made the process very easy and convenient. On arrival I was welcomed and promptly brought back to my room which was clean and organized. My nurse was fantastic - professional and very thorough and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Highly recommend!
