I've been working with Lauren for several months and am so grateful to have found her! I have experienced heartburn and acid reflux for the past 10 years, and had the worst flare up of my life this past Fall. Even after the flare up subsided, I found myself unable to eat without experiencing reflux symptoms. My solution to this was to barely eat, which only worsened my symptoms and overall health. I decided to try working with a nutritionist, but struggled to find one who would help me with my specific needs and goals. I was relieved when I found Lauren, who has an incredible understanding of various gastrointestinal disorders, including acid reflux. Lauren is kind, patient, and knowledgeable.
