I have done a lot of shopping in my time, and the time I spent at Le Trunkshop was without question The Best shopping experience of my life. Not only was the cut, fit, and quality of clothing exceptional - but the Team there was wholeheartedly warm and welcoming, it felt like having a small team of experts whose purpose was to make me look as good as possible - and have fun while doing it. My husband got in on it too, and was totally disarmed and comfortable in the store- by the end of the shopping experience we felt like old friends. One of the Team showed us the app he uses to dispense treats to his cat while he's in the shop. It was magical! I wish I lived in Montreal and could shop here in person all the time. Le Trunk Shop is hands down the best clothing store in Montreal. I discovered it a few years ago, and ever since, I haven’t shopped anywhere else. They carry a perfect mix of everyday pieces, and the style is absolutely impeccable. What really sets them apart is how much they care about their clients. They actually listen to your feedback when selecting collections for the next season, and their styling services are incredible. I recently revamped my entire fall wardrobe, and Emily and Leno spent over an hour helping me curate every look. The customer service is unmatched, and you can really feel how much they value their clients. I constantly get stopped on the street by people asking where my outfits are from because everything looks so unique and stylish. If you’re looking for elegant yet affordable fashion, Le Trunk Shop is an absolute must.
Had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Trunkshop in Montreal last weekend. Went on a girls shopping spree and we didn’t want to shop anywhere else after stopping here. Lino and Ophelia were incredibly kind, helpful, and just plain fun to shop with! Would recommend stopping here to anyone looking to shop in Montreal and will definitely be coming back in the future. I visited Le Trunkshop yesterday on a brief trip to Montreal. Emily was relentless in her pursuit to help me find the perfect pair of jeans. It was the best customer service I have recieved in retail in a long time and akin to a mini session with a stylist which I have done in the past. The owner was very friendly too. Overall a great experience. I will be sure to visit again when in Montreal x
Lino is wonderful and the store has beautiful clothes. He was very helpful with suggesting just the right items for me and my style. I would travel back to Montreal to shop from him. Highly recommend him and the store to anyone.
