Nathan was a great service tech. There were some challenges during the service, but he handled it perfectly and had my furnace fully functional after getting new parts installed. A lot can be said about a company that supports their staff and clients. Legacy met that challenge.
Nick did a thorough job servicing my HVAC, and spotted some issues with my plumbing. Not an upsell, but a genuine issue we’ll have to address soon. I appreciate he has an eye for such things and I feel well-served by him. I look forward to working with Nick in the future and will recommend him, and Legacy/Hoffman Plumbing, to my friends.
Nick (Country) was extremely thorough with addressing my questions that went above my original request of quotation. Looked at existing ductwork in crawlspace and formulated a resolution to why I thought a duct cleaning may not be the solution, rather correctly ducting with proper connections to associated rooms to increase air flow. Showed me current set up under house, and why it wasn't efficient. Thank you Nick.
Always polite on the phone and act like they actually appreciate giving them our business. Love the reminders about their arrival times so you can do other things besides wonder when they are showing up. We have had Grant twice as he lives in the vicinity and he is always pleasant and professional, answering all our questions and going over all possible options so we can make the best decision for us. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone wanting excellent service.
Thank you for coming out to fix my heater during this cold weather. Nick was very nice he explained everything that he was going to do and showed me pictures of what it looked like before he fixed it and after. He is very professional. He definitely knows what he is doing and didn’t take too long to fix it.
