In the early part of 2020 I found myself with two decisions should I file for my wife's immigration residency alone or should I seek legal representation. Although I've always been a person to do things on my own, I knew this time I was in unfamiliar territory and I couldn't afford to just "try my best" because my new family was on the line. So I researched and found Roger and his team. After a free consultation about our immigration status he assured me with that we can get it done. He then added as long as we follow his immigration outline and be 100% transparent in our documentation our case would be successful. From that we hired him. During the whole pandemic Roger had multiple systems in place to communicate with him directly or his team. It was such a long journey, but now my wife has received her residency without any issues. Roger and his team was there every step of the way to help us make it happen. So my thought in general is don't go at it alone if you don't have to. You want to have Roger and his team with their decades of experience to give you the highest chance of success for you and your family's needs.

Me and my husband hired Roger Rathi back in 2018. He and his team have been there for us to answer questions whenever or whatever it might have been and they also been quick to answer. They have worked hard with passion to help us out. Given us plenty of time to collect and send in our materials. We have felt like we mattered and were a part of the whole process which at times could be hard but they made it easy and at anytime were we heard if we had any concerns.
