If i could give a 0 i would. First of all i had a huge problem returning damaged washer. They diid not want to take it back. I dod kot even use it. They delivered th machine damaged . After a lomg back and forth arguments they agreed to take theor damaged washer. I was promised to refund the payment on th same day of return. After 6 days i checked ky card and money is not returned. I called the store and was told that of i have them my card number for refund. It sound so funny. What century arw we living now???? When they sell , i gave them everything and my card number is in file. So, i gave them finally my card number and waiting for my refund . My big advise DO NOT GO there. I dont know other lications but this certain location is worse. I regret so much. It wasnt like that years ago. Sorry to say but i WONT shop from there anymore. And asvise if u care for your money, save it do not spend at LEONS….
Absolutely unacceptable. Leon’s failed at every step,no call when the product arrived, no delivery tracking text as promised, and I had to chase them constantly just to get basic information. The sectional showed up defective, with wildly different cushion firmness,one side soft, the other rock hard. Leon’s keeps hiding behind the absurd claim that this is “not a defect,” even though the showroom model was consistent. Instead of replacing a brand-new couch, they proposed “refurbishing” it by cutting open sewn-in cushions. We were told weeks to months. It has now been over 8 months. Customer service has been dismissive, repetitive, and useless throughout this entire process. A bad product might be made up for with good customer service,but when both the product and the service are bad, it’s completely unacceptable. If Leon’s can’t stand behind furniture from this manufacturer, they shouldn’t be selling it. Leon’s, stop stalling and do the right thing replace this sectional with a new, properly manufactured couch instead of trying to patch up a defective one. Contact me to resolve this.
honestly shop anywhere else, this experience with Leon’s has been nothing but a nightmare . I ordered a fireplace console Aug 3rd with the promise of it being ready by September. I had to call Leons 5 different times and each time was lied too about the whereabouts of my console was. They said it was in Burlington and would be delivered to Hamilton in 2 weeks, and then suddenly it was overseas. If you’re gonna lie, make sure everyone is on the same page because everybody you talk to tells you something different. Anyways, December 20th this fireplace console arrives…sure enough it arrives broken. So from August 3rd - December 20th this company has stolen my money and I’ve yet to receive what I paid for. They refused to refund me for this nightmare until it was returned, I scheduled a return to which nobody showed up after I waited from 9:30am - 1:30pm. I called, they told me an attempt was made (it wasn’t I was here) she then told me the “next available date for pickup is Wednesday how does Friday work for you? “.…WHAT? besides that making zero sense I told them my pickup date was today and that today is the day that works for me it wasn’t my fault you failed on another promise. After a stern phone call to the store manager, a truck was suddenly available that he drove to come and pick up their smashed console that night before 4:00pm. (He showed up at 4:23pm) Anyways, August 3rd - December 29th is exactly how long this nightmare lasted until this company gave me back my money. Went to Rona, had a new one purchased and delivered within 2 days and they even price matched for me when they really didn’t have to. Do yourself a favour and just skip Leon’s, go to Rona.
We have made many purchases there and always had good experiences from purchase to delivery to standing behind their products and service. Again this week we purchased a very expensive complete adjustable bed and our sales man informed us of black Friday deals after the fact that saves us a little more money. That is the type of service that ensures we'll return for future purchases. Very impressed with our salesman who was knowledgeable, honest and not in the least bit pushy.
