I recently had a 4 ton Daikin Heat pump installed in my home in Pointe-Claire by Les Services Polarbear. Benjamin and Steven were courteous and friendly and kept me informed of their progress through the day. They did a great job and removed the old system and cleaned everything up when they had finished. Benjamin then took time to make sure I was comfortable with how to operate the new system. The whole process from the initial visit and and quote, the scheduling of the appointment and follow up was very professional and I’m very happy with the service I received. These are true professionals.

We highly recommend les Services Polarbear! Sam Wong who did the home visit, offered a detailed estimate answering all our questions. We greatly appreciate his very good knowledge and honesty. Alexa and all other contact with the staff were always cordial and attentive to us. The work at our home was done over two days, September 10 and 11 under challenging circumstances. Peter and his partner worked long hours in our attic, always with integrity and professionalism. The two additional workers who came the next day were also very capable and resolved any small issue with no hesitation. They all went out of their way to ensure that the installation was done properly with all preventative measures for any possible issues were taken care of. A big thank you to all. Polarbear did a great & Solid job on a heat pump installation of my Mom’s condo. From start to finish, communication was clear and professional (thanks Alexa! For the info & patience), and both installation teams were efficient, courteous, and easy to work with. Lincoln and the crew brought great energy and humour on site! you could tell they take pride in their work. Overall, it’s rare to find a company that combines strong communication, solid craftsmanship, and a human touch. Highly recommend. And the works well & unit looks nice!

Our service from the entire team at Polar Bear was exceptional. From the initial quote to the final installation we were pleased with the service. They recommended an air conditioner that could also be used as a heating system and it was installed perfectly with no problems or issues! We highly endorse this company.

I hired polar bear to install 2 thermopumps in my home on Monday Sept 8. I have an old house and they needed to do a lot of winding around through the walls to install the first unit. The two technicians Philippe and Elliott were tidy, respectful of my house , worked from 9:30 and to 9:30 at night to get the job done … it was complicated. After a gruelling 12 hour shift they were more than happy to shown me the functionality of the units - they were patient and very kind. They left the place clean and the work was well done. A new technician had to come back and install the capping of the wires today and he was equally professional. Alexander showed me my capping options explained each and gave me a recommendation. He worked very well cleaning up after himself and did excellent work. A shout out to Sally at the office who provided great communication throughout. I could not recommend this company enough…Other than competitive prices they are very professional and courteous. if you are looking for a reliable company to install your AC - you have found one here.
