Dr. Sheets and the whole team were absolutely amazing. They listened to everything I said and Dr. Sheets was able to explain what was going on with a ton of knowledge and made it simple for me. He also was very honest about all of my options. They treated my girl very well. I have taken her to 6 vets since adopting her about the same things and this was the first time the vet did a full exam on her and really took their time explaining and listening to me. 10/10 experience!! Highly recommend!!
Five stars isn't enough to thank the team at Lexington Animal Clinic. I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Sheets and the entire team at LAC. Making the decision to say goodbye to our sweet Rocco was the hardest thing we’ve ever done, and the team handled the entire process with extraordinary kindness and respect. They provided us with all the time we needed and explained every step with gentle clarity. The entire team was incredibly empathetic and ensured Rocco’s final moments were calm, comfortable, and full of dignity. In a moment of absolute heartache, they made the process as beautiful and peaceful as it could possibly be. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your compassion. I highly recommend Dr. Sheet’s and his team for their outstanding veterinary care, and especially for their tender support during the toughest moments.
Dr Sheets and his team are exceptional. I have been taking my fur babies to vets for over 35 years and this is the first Clinic that has ever taken the time to give me a tour of their facility, spend an hour with me and my Lykoi for a new patient exam, and actually pre-review her paperwork prior to her appointment. I am beyond impressed and am so thankful I have found an experienced doctor to take care of my most important family member for years to come! I cannot thank LAC enough!!!!!
I can't recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about the animals and their owners. Dr. Sheets, in particular, is fantastic. Not only is he knowledgeable, but also very personable and takes the time to thoroughly examine and explain everything. It’s clear he loves what he does and makes sure both you and your pet feel comfortable and well-cared-for. Dalton and Paige are also outstanding. They are so friendly and attentive, making every visit feel smooth and pleasant. I always leave feeling confident that my pet is in the best hands possible. If you're looking for compassionate, skilled, and dedicated professionals, this is the place.
We have been seeing Dr. Sheets for nearly 7 years now. Him and his team are so amazing and no matter how long it’s been since seeing them they all remember everything about our pets and family! It’s such a welcoming environment in their office and never overwhelming for us or our pets. About a week ago we had to put our kitten down from a genetic disease and within the week we received a heartfelt letter from all the staff, handwritten, it meant the world to us. ❤️ We will never go to any other vets as long as Tony and his team are in Lexington!
