From the moment I walked into this pediatrician’s office, I felt a sense of warmth and care that’s hard to put into words. As a first-time mom just four days postpartum, I was overwhelmed with questions and unsure of what to expect from my baby’s first visit. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and went above and beyond to help not in a routine or superficial way, but with real attentiveness. They immediately noticed my son’s car seat wasn’t properly adjusted and kindly showed me how to fix it something I didn’t even realize needed attention. The doctor was incredibly thorough, answering every question I had with patience, detailed explanations, and reassuring validation. I walked away feeling informed, supported, and cared for and that kind of experience is truly priceless. If you're considering this office, don’t hesitate. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to our journey in pediatric care.

Dr. Byars and Dr. Ford are amazing. We have been with Dr. Byars since her days at South Lake Pediatrics and she is AMAZING. She has seen all our children even onto their 20's. Now Ford and Byars see our 9, 7, & 2 year olds. They are attentive, you will have Doctors who take the time with you and your children. People who care. Their office staff is great. They remember you, they care, they take the time. Recently I needed a Blue Card, and my husband was in the office with my child, I called the front office to remind him to ask for the card. Kristen made sure he got one before he left. The attention to detail, the care with which they serve and how we have been served for the better part of 23 years (Dr. Byars :-)) is the reason our older children find it hard to leave her practice, even though they are now technically adults. Dr. Ford spends time with us. Knows my children. Speaks to them and asks pertinent questions about their habits, likes, etc. We are truly blessed to have Dr. Byars, Dr. Ford, Kristen, Nurse Ann and the rest of the staff. If you are looking for a Pediatrician that is no nonsense, who cares, who will take the time and INVEST in your children, you can not go wrong with Byars or Ford. To say nothing of their amazing staff!

I’d give 10 stars if I could! The entire staff was an absolute joy and so great with my son. Kristin and Alicia were so sweet and made him feel so comfortable, and the nurse was wonderful too. Dr. Ford was also great! We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience at their practice and highly recommend them.

There are honestly no words to describe the staff at Liberty Mountain Pediatrics. These ladies always go above and beyond for their patients! From the front desk, which is literally my second family, to every doctor and nurse practitioner that's there. We've never had a bad experience, they always always greet you with love and positivity which makes it so easy to reciprocate. I love them, that's all LOL

Liberty Mountain Pediatrics is by far the best experience I’ve ever had in any type of healthcare. They make it easy to change appointments, have an amazing 24hr nurse line service, knowledgeable and warm staff, and have next day sick appointments! I know I seem dramatic, but it is a breath of fresh air when compared to most healthcare providers. Thank you guys!
