I ordered 8 new dining chairs as I was having family coming to visit for Christmas. I ordered the chairs on 3/10/25. Delivery ETA to the Brisbane showroom was end of October. Regional Delivery fee to Bundaberg was going to be $778, so they agreed to store at the showroom for me to collect. Once you have purchased your furniture- there is no showroom phone or email contact you have to go through customer service. My delivery date was pushed out & out - eventually landing at the Brisbane showroom on Dec 22. So no time to do a return trip to Brisbane to collect. There is no assistance to load your car with items purchased, parking is available at the front of store. On my collection day there was only one sales consultant working the huge showroom. I’m giving a low star rating due to the long delays in receiving my chairs. I ordered this chair as I was told a shipment of 20 chairs was enroute to Australia. So the end of October delivery seemed doable to me. Also, the delays in response to emails & emails that state ‘expected transit dates to Brisbane of 5 - 12 business days’ . For furniture to travel from Sydney to Brisbane this ‘delivery window’ is too big & vast! Better communication is required post order confirmation & realistic delivery timeframes are needed. The Potter dining chairs I purchased are very comfortable to sit in, so it's a shame it was so frustrating trying to actually receive them

New bedsides delivered today, not only are they stunning the boys who delivered were so lovely! They carried them into the house, unpacked, placed and removed the rubbish. We’ve had a lot of furniture delivered recently and this is by far the best delivery service we’ve received (& with no extra charge!). Huge thanks to Mustafa and Phranklyn!

My wife & I were browsing for some new kitchen stools. Lisa helped us with choice , fabrics and colours. Ended up choosing the Noris Fabric Bar Stool in ash with Olive Moss material. Love the style and comfort. Price was within our budget. Can’t wait until they arrive. Enjoyed our experience . Thanks Lisa

We have purchased several pieces of furniture over the past 6 months inc a Memphis Chair for our unit at Sunshine Coast. Staff are always lovely & very helpful. Quality is good for the price. Delivery easy too.
