I was incredibly disappointed with my cleanings here, and the owner was very rude on the phone while I was trying to express my frustrations. I had specifically requested that the kitchen appliances be cleaned before my tenants moved in, and was told on the phone that I "should have specified" that I meant the INSIDE of the appliances, not just the outside. Also, despite being aware that the home was vacant and the cleaners needed to let themselves in with a hidden key, because I didn't "specify" instructions to lock up, my home was left unlocked and open for over a week. I explained to the owner that it was bad business practice to charge me full price for the cleaners having to come back and fix the things they missed, and he told me "I'm not doing it for free." Quite frankly, I cared less about the discount and more about the rude demeanor. I will be using other services which are less expensive for better quality.

We've used Life Maid Easy for about 2 years. They do a great job. The office staff are easy to communicate with and responsive. Prices are fair. The cleaning team is always friendly and professional, and leaves our house looking great. Alicia cleaned our house yesterday and left it absolutely spotless.

I paid over $350 for value deep cleaning. Their employee was at my house for over 6 hours when I got home, and she had only cleaned half my 2br 1600sq ft house. What she had cleaned was not remotely cleaned. She obviously just swiped surfaces, as coffee table still has drips of coffee on it, floor has obviously dirty areas I cleaned. Definitely zero baseboard dusting or cupboard touch up as advertised. I had to ask her 2 times to reclean the bathroom floor then gave up. It’s uncomfortable being made to manage other people’s employees. I will have to take tomorrow off to clean my house properly before guests arrive. Don’t waste your money. I could have done this poor of a job in 1.5 hours for free. Very disappointing. UPDATE: after I left the review this company harassed me for two solid hours last night. Texting and calling from 3 separate numbers despite me repeatedly asking them to stop. Absolutely hostile, harassing and unprofessional. Beware
