I went to this place with my friend for our Pedicures and her manicure! I was not disappointed by their service! Tony made my friend’s nails sooo pretty. It was pretty calming and quiet inside. I was very pleased with my toes too! I recommend this place!! 10/10 🫡

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at this salon with my daughter yesterday. We had scheduled an appointment for Hannah and Helen, but unfortunately, we ended up with Kevin and Kelly. I have nothing against these two individuals, but the job they provided was absolutely terrible. My daughters was a little better than mine, but not much. The service felt rushed. We both got rejuvenating, pedicures, and gel manicures. There were significant issues with my toenails. They had chunks of paint on them, as if the paint may have been old or they just added too much, and they were supposed to match the color of my hands. Unfortunately, they did not. I had specifically requested that my nails be shaped up, but they were filed to the bare minimum. The shape I had requested, which was supposed to be square with round edges, ended up with jagged edges. To make matters worse, the gel that had been applied before had already chipped, and acetone was not used to remove it. An electric file was used, which caused dents and divots in my nails. Overall, it was a terrible job, and I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this salon. I do book 2 appointment times both we open and I called the morning of to say that we would not make the 12 noon, but would make the 4:15.

Typically I go Saturday mornings and Hannah will do my nails. I scheduled with Hannah Friday at 5:30 pm. I didn’t get Hannah I was placed with an older gentleman for my nails. I asked for a chrome based with red French. Everything felt very rushed. I had to ask him several times to fix mistakes. (Bubbly top coat, scratched my toe nail polish with the lamp.) then when it came to my pedicure. I paid for the $65 one. I was placed with a younger male. The massage was very rushed compared to the ladies who have done it in the past. When I was leaving to pay. I took out $20 for a tip even though I didn’t feel the service was up to par that night. I tipped the older gentleman $15 and the younger gentleman left he didn’t even finish my pedicure (doing the nail art) the older gentleman did. So I didn’t leave a tip for him but woman who was at the checkout kept $5 and I asked her where the $5 was she said “this is for the boy” so she gave him a tip for me which was absolutely insane and unprofessional. I paid a total all together $190 that’s with the tip. And that being said my nails aren’t up to my standards. You have to be very particular on smoothing the nail with chrome because chrome is not forgiving! They’re bumpy and uneven looking. Sad to say this is the last time I will be coming here. 😔 I thought that I had found a good establishment.

Excellent experience. Not too busy when we walked in. Prompt service. My kid couldn't be happier with the results. It was quick and she was explaining the great care they took with her hands also. Comfortable and sturdy chairs for me to wait in. Very friendly and not over talkative. Will definitely be back.

Tony did an amazing job I asked for natural and he gave me just that. I’ve been in Az for 1 1/2 years and I never been more satisfied walked in and felt welcome soon as I sat down I was in and out with a smile on my face I will be returning from here on out!!! Love the service and prices are very reasonable definitely recommend……
