I’m usually not the type to leave a bad review or complain since I feel guilty doing it. It took me almost 2 1/2 months to decide if I even wanted to leave a review, especially since they sent someone to open the shop early on my wedding day just to give my little brother my bouquet, since I completely forgot to pick it up the night prior. So in that sense I have nothing but nice things to say and appreciate the customer service. But I just got back my wedding gallery and as I was looking at all my pictures the bouquet really didn’t met my expectation for the price I paid and it makes me sad that I truly didn’t love it. That morning that my little brother arrived with the bouquet I was so excited to see it and upon seeing it I was a little disappointed but with all the stress and little time there was nothing I could truly do but to walk down the aisle with it. I specifically asked for the colors burgundy, blush pink, and white/cream. And told them I was ok with a mix of flowers and not just roses and for it to be U shaped. I also sent and showed a bunch of inspo pics. Instead the only colors they used was burgundy, cream, and for some reason a coral color when that color was not at all apart of my color pallet. There was maybe one actual blush flower, and just the ribbon they used was blush but that’s about it. It was also not U shaped like I had wanted and just overall looked really dull. There was also already some flowers that were rotting and by the time we got to the reception my bouquet and my husbands boutonniere were all withered. I was just a little disappointed and didn’t really reach for my bouquet the whole night. I thought maybe I was being too picky or too mean but multiple people had the same opinion as me. Below I added pictures, the last two are pictures of my church decor and center pieces that another lady made since it was more affordable and that’s the color pallet I was expecting for my bouquet.
I ordered a sympathy bouquet for my best friend and her husband when their dog had to be put down overnight for cancer. I gave them a budget and asked them to use their best judgment. The bouquet is STUNNING. My friend and her husband said they’re the nicest flowers they’ve seen in Lincoln and will be using this shop going forward. Thank you so much - I truly appreciate the beautiful work!
I absolutely loved my experience at this floral shop! The arrangements were stunning, fresh, and exactly what I was hoping for. The staff was kind, fun, patient and really took the time to understand what I wanted. Highly recommend for any occasion!
Love Lincoln Floral market! They made a beautiful bouquet for my daughter’s senior photo shoot. They were really easy to work with and asked lots of questions to understand what vibe my daughter was going for and any likes or dislikes she had. It turned out beautifully. We will definitely use them again!
I ordered floral arrangements to be used as centerpieces and gifts for the company Christmas party. It was a short-notice order for seven arrangements. Ordered late on Monday for pick up Friday afternoon. I wanted something elegant and Christmas-y without being too Christmas-y. They were fantastic to work with and took the stress completely off my shoulders. The arrangements were gorgeous! I posted two pictures of the same arrangement with different lighting. The quality of the flowers was outstanding as well.
