Was an absolute pleasure to be served by Rodney tonight. There was an issue that was no fault of his but the way he handled was commendable.
Perhaps you could provide me corporate email address and we can communicate in writing. The local community does not feel safe in this Coles Liquor store. Theft happens openly in front of customers and staff, and there is no licensed security presence to deter it. This puts both the community and the team at risk. If Coles Liquor is serious about safety, it is expected that they have licensed security officers on site from 1400 hours until closing every day. The community deserves a store that is genuinely safe, not just a sign claiming it is.

This is my regular bottlo I have been coming for some time now, Rodney is amazing, a lovely friendly staff member :) Avoid going on Monday nights when they have a less friendly staff member with a moustache and brown hair. He is not nice and a tad condescending
I was visiting Sydney from Japan as a tourist and came here last week looking for Hunter Valley wines to take home as souvenirs. Despite my limited English, one of the male staff members was incredibly kind and helpful in assisting me. I truly appreciated how he took the time to understand my request and offered honest recommendations — even for my rather complicated request of “great Australian wine that isn’t too famous.” Thanks to him, I was able to find the perfect bottles. I’d love to stop by again next time I visit Sydney!
