LIVE! on Elgin ist ein kompakter Veranstaltungsort für Events und Livemusik in Ottawa, der oberhalb des Zak's Diner liegt. Awesome spot for grabbing a beer and watching the monthly Kino films. Wall artwork as you walk up the stairs is super cool and groovy. Has a room to the left when you get to the second floor with seats so you can chill with your friends, and a bar to the right, with the main area straight ahead that has the stage. Not sure if they have Jameson’s or not, if they don’t they should. They probably do. Not sure about food. Anyways the only reason I give it 4 and not 5 stars is there was one of the first few times I went that the server did not give good service and really seemed upset/angry to be there so that kinda soured an otherwise good night. I haven’t seen her since though so maybe she is happier doing something else now. Will update after some more visits, 5 stars is not out of the question if further visits are good and the staff continue to have good service and energy.
This is an awesome live music club that supports local talent. It is located right above Zak's Diner, so there is always an option to order food!! Service is fantastic. Ear plugs are available on-site for a very small fee. As it is located on the upper floor, there are stairs. No elevator on site. #local guide
Great little spot for live music! It’s a small venue, but the sound quality was surprisingly good, and you can see the band up close—no bad seats in the house. Perfect for an intimate concert experience.
They throw a mean dance party, and it's a great little spot for live music too. There's always something affordable happening, a new local band to check out, a fun cocktail to try. I keep an eye on their instagram for whatever is coming up!
Wir sind hierher gegangen, um Jessica Wilson and the East Wind zu hören, und wir alle vier waren sehr zufrieden mit der Show. Es ist so schön, dass das Publikum in einer Bar zuhört statt laut zu reden. Die hohen Barhocker finde ich etwas unbequem und ich wünschte, sie hätten wifi, aber insgesamt war der Veranstaltungsort ganz in Ordnung. Toll zu sehen, dass sie jeden Abend der Woche Live-Musik haben.
