I purchased a single dining chair at this store to make sure it matched my decor. While there was emphasis about the restocking fee at the time of purchase, there was no mention that the store return policy was only 7 days. They did not stock this item at the store, so i had to pick it up from their warehouse several days later, which is at least 80 mile RT. This was all discussed in detail with the associate at the time of purchase and still no mention that the chair needed to be returned with 7 days of purchase. The store manager at this store was absolute in his refusal of any consideration of a refund for an item that was still in the box and only 11 days beyond pick up date- which is when the 7 days should actually have started. This store aligns more with company policy than customer service.

I had a great experience with the living spaces store in la Mirada. Customer service at the store and all the way to the delivery folks were very professional. Although I only saw my sofas online, the description, color etc. Was very accurate. I will definitely return.

Visited the sleep center and scored the expertise of 2 amazing employees Daniel & Ricky. They were both knowledgeable in all the need to know details about the huge selection of beds and mattresses in the Living Spaces show room. They were essential in helping me choose the right bed and mattress for my needs. I did also browse around the other areas of the showroom and needless to say Living Spaces does not disappoint. The vast collection of quality stylish furniture paired with free fast delivery is a plus and in my experience the customer service is top tier.

Bought a 700$ desk from this place on top of the assembly service they offer . They came and put it together yet the desk is extremely wobbly and assembled incorrectly . Been trying to contact there customer service but if you call the store they don’t handle that so you have to try to contact them through there website in a AI bot, when you ask for a agent you have to wait 5 mins before one connects and there’s a high chance it says “all of our agents are busy right now try again later” no matter the time of day it will say this to you. When I finally got to a agent they were in helpful as this was delivered less then 7 days ago and they should be sending out a replacement but instead want to send out a repair tech to fix it , yet when we reached out last time about a drawer they gave us a date and a new one to replace it . This whole company and how it is handling customer service is horrible as you can’t just call someone you have to email or try to bot chat . I love the products and everybting they have as my whole room is from this company just everything outside of the furniture I get that actually works ,sucks .

I had the most pleasant experience purchasing my furniture at Living Spaces. I didn’t feel as if people were hounding me down . I was able to shop in peace while having people around it if I needed to place an order or had questions.
