They were very professional and honest. I got quick service and my car runs like new. Carlos was able to fix my backup camera that Ford dealership could not do! I would highly recommend that you get your car fixed by LK auto.
I am very happy with these guys. I bought an awd vehicle and it needed a cv axle. Of course this part has been discontinued so I had to find an aftermarket one. He was willing to try to install it for me. It worked out great. I also asked him to check the fluids in the differentials and he topped one of them off for me. The prices were very fair and his work was excellent. I will be back soon for a brake job when it becomes necessary. I also like how he lets you be under the car with him. He points out stuff to you so you can see what he is doing. Very cool.
Carlos (the mechanic) is by far the best mechanic I have ever met: very kind, helpful, and shared all the information with me, with all options in full transparency. He charged $375 for rotors & break pads, for which other mechanics and dealers asked $450 at minimum. He allowed me to observe every step, did extra cares that usually other mechanics omit (such as lubrication, load bearing bolts & etc) and showed how my old break pads looked like, explained all details & intricacies. He also checked/refilled my oil for free just out of kindness. I would put 10 stars if there was such an option. He is just a gentle man with huge heart. I am glad that Earth still has such human beings 🥹❤️🫂 #Break #pads & #rotors This guy just loves his job and helps others with his skills.
